The Weekly Dish: Omelet at Angeline

Have you ever seen a more perfect egg sculpture than an omelet at Angeline? Chef Alex Harrell is bringing back breakfast and making diners near and far swoon for his picture-perfect omelets that are available every day of the week. Opt for any of the four fabulous fillings: sausage, Hook’s cheddar and caramelized onions; house-smoked fish and crème fraiche; roasted local veggies and ricotta; and fried Louisiana oysters, thick-cut bacon and hot sauce hollandaise. It also wouldn’t hurt to add a side of their buttermilk biscuits served with whipped butter and seasonal house preserves.
