For almost four years now, Chef Isaac Toups’ has been offering a carnivore’s paradise with amazing dishes like confit chicken thighs, double-cut pork chops with dreamy dirty rice, and you can taste the skill and care taken in every dish, even in something as “simple” as his burger.
